Shipping Policies
Our goal at www.ModernCapriParts.Biz is to get you what you need in a timely and efficient manner. On most domestic orders for in-stock items, please allow 1-2 business days processing time plus 3-7 business days (depending on your location) for FEDEX-Ground delivery. Domestic orders of in-stock items shipped using  FEDEX Express Next-Day or "FEDEX 2-Business Day or 3- Business Day Air Service" will be processed and shipped the next business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays), if received before 1:00 p.m. EST.  Please note that we are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If a product is out-of-stock or not readily available, we will notify you by phone or email and provide an estimated time of delivery. If your order is delayed for any other reason, such as an invalid credit card or shipping address, you will be notified by email or phone of the delay. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes except for those on U.S. military bases.
 

Shiping Charges :
We currently use FEDEX and/or USPS for all shipments, domestic and international. During the "Checkout" process, you will be given the option of "Standard Ground Shipping" via USPS, "FEDEX Ground", "FEDEX Next Business Day Air Delivery" or "FEDEX 3 Business Day Air Service". The shipping & handling charge will be provided prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on product shipping weight,shipping destination, packing labor time, packing matterials, etc. and are non-negotiable. On orders, which have, items classified as "heavy" or "oversized", an increased charge will apply. Some items, including oversized items, are not eligible for Next-Day or 3-Day delivery. If your item is "heavy or oversized", you will be notified by email or phone.
 
Again, BY YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER YOUR CLAIM ARISES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BY STATUTE OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM PURCHASED NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING & HANDLING.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim and demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of our site.

 
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Package arrival dates are estimates, and are subject to exceptions in delivery due dates.
Orders with any missing  or damaged parts must be reported within one(1) day of shipment receipt. Claims reported after one (1) day of receipt will result in denial of any claim.
Packages with shipping damage must be refused, reported and file a damage claim directly with the insured delivery company.
 
INTERNATIONAL SALES

We will ship internationally in accordance to the rules outlined below.
We only ship packages that conform with U.S. Postal Service ("USPS") weight/size restrictions. We ship internationally only via the U.S. Postal Service ("USPS") via their "Priority Mail" service. We are not responible for delays resulting from U.S. Customs inspections or shipping delays.

www.ModernCapriParts.Biz is a United States based company that primarily sells part to commercial accounts and residents in the United States. If you wish to order a part that is to be shipped out of the United States (any address that does not have a US zip code) then arrangements and approval must be given in advance of purchase via e-mail only. We apologize for the inconvenience but for the protection of our international customers and our requirement to follow U.S. export laws we must ask for you to get a county approval. We will not ship to some counties due to US export laws and that county's import laws. If you have further questions about our international accounts please contact and to verify that your county is approved to ship to please email us at Colin@ModernCapriParts.Biz. Recipients are always responsible for paying any and all import taxes, tarrifs, duties, etc at the time of pick-up; and as is customary, the recipient is responsible for paying any and all, import duties, taxes, and/or tariffs upon receipt of the merchandise.
