- All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. Seller states that it in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards and it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.
- Items noted as a "Special Order" item in the product description are NON-CANCELLABLE. Therefore, please make sure that you want the item prior to placing the order since once the order is placed for said item, it can not be cancelled.

HOW TO RETURN A PART |
- All returns must be pre-approved by phone at which time a Return Approval Number ["RAN"] will be assigned. --> To get an RAN call :

- Any returned parts that are not accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with this "RAN" clearly noted on it will not be accepted.
- All returns must be accompanied by :
1) Your Capri's VIN Number,
2) Vehicle's Mileage at time,
3) Installing mechanic/technician's name and his/her certification number and governing body.

CORE RETURN PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES |
- In addition to the stated core return guidelines outlined in each respective item description, the following procedures must be followed or your core deposit will be forfeited:
- 1) A copy of the receipt with the the red stamp stating "Please Return This Copy With Complete Core for Prompt Refund of Core Deposit" as provided with the ordered part must accompany the returned core.
2) The words "CORE RETURN" must be clearly written on the outside of your shipping box/package.
3) The "RAN" must be clearly written on the outside of your shipping box/package. As per our policies, the package will not be accepted without a "RAN".
4) The word "CORE" must be written in magic marker on the core itself.
5) Cores must be returned within 30 days after confirmation of item delivery or the deposit will be forfeited.
6) Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges to return a core.

SHIPPING |
- All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt, and if damaged, reported to FEDEX at that time.
All packing matterials must be saved as per FEDEX insurance inspection requirements.
--> Any deviation from this policy will result in claim denial and non-refund for damaged merchandise.
- All orders are shipped using a carrier designated shipping tracking number with delivery confirmation. If a customer desires to require the package NOT to be delivered unless the courier acquires a signature (an addition feee will apply), then the package will be left at the customer's door, apartment front desk, etc with no signature obtained. CONSEQUENTLY, it is our policy that we are not responsible for packages that are cerifiably delivered, but subsequently stollen, missing, or can not be located.
