In addition to the stated core return guidlines outlined in each repective item description, the following procedures must be followed or your core deposit will be forfeited:

1) A copy of the receipt with the the red stamp stating "Please Return This Copy With Complete Core for Prompt Refund of Core Deposit" as provided with the ordered part must accompany the returned core.

2) The words "CORE RETURN" must be clearly written on the outside of your shipping box/package.

3) The "RAN" must be clearly written on the outside of your shipping box/package. As per our policies, the package will not be accepted without a "RAN".

3) The word "CORE" must be written in magic marker on the core itself.

4) Cores must be returned within 60 days after confirmation of item delivery or the deposit will be forfeited.

• All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt, and if damaged, reported to FEDEX at that time.
  All packing matterials must be saved as per FEDEX insurance inspection requirements.
  --> Any deviation from this policy will result in claim denial and non-refund for damaged merchandise.
• All orders are shipped using a carrier designated shipping tracking number with delivery confirmation. If a customer desires to require the package NOT to be delivered unless the courier acquires a signature (an addition feee will apply), then the package will be left at the customer's door, apartment front desk, etc with no signature obtained. CONSEQUENTLY, it is our policy that we are not responsible for packages that are cerifiably delivered, but subsequently stollen, missing, or can not be located.
